Courtney, originally from South Carolina has called Bozeman home since 1994. With over 27 years of helping clients in finding their perfect home to rest and recharge. She loves helping people find their dream property across Montana and will match the search to your lifestyle. She also built an AirBnB to offer rental space to clients while they look or for interim housing. Courtney loves spending time on the rivers with her fiance, Troy, hiking in the mountains with her Golden Retriever, Biscuit, or experiencing all that Bozeman offers with her longtime friends.
Alex moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University in 2016 and like a lot of students experience, he never left. Becoming a real estate professional in 2020, Alex has absorbed knowledge of this market like a sponge. Alex is no stranger to real estate knowledge, immersed with parents that flipped countless homes growing up. When there is free time, you'll find Alex in the mountains, hiking and camping with his wife Anke, being a volunteer Ski Instructor for Eagle Mount, trail riding dirtbikes, or calming his soul with a fly rod.
Both Courtney and Alex love giving back to the non-profits that support Bozeman's residents and protect the reasons we live here. Courtney and Alex love supporting Gallatin Valley Land Trust, Farm to School, Suffer Out Loud, and Eagle Mount. They both love what they do and are very responsive with communication, not only with real estate but any question you might have about Montana.
